Responding to calls from Customers, inputting accurate details abd transferring calls throughout the business, these roles put you at the front. Having an excellent telephone manner and a desire to provide outstanding customer service, you will have worked in a fast paced environment and be skilled at building relationships on the phone quickly. Experience of using a customer database and accurate data input skills are essential.tline of the business.
